Seller Abuse Report

I am a seller on Amazon using the FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) model. Recently, a customer left a 1-star seller feedback with the comment "Defective Item". However, I believe this feedback is not related to the seller's performance but rather to the product itself.
Moreover this review was left by another seller also co-selling the product. I have reported this abuse through the seller support console and talked to a couple of support staff all of whom agreed with the evidence presented. As a result of an internal investigation, they found no evidence of abuse and left the review as is. I find this to be a gross violation of amazon policies.
At this point the Chinese mafia has basically taken over amazon and are not allowing any other sellers to make an honest living for themselves. I had received threatening messages and harassment before said review all of which was included in the complaint. I am very disappointed with this experience and honestly think its not worth selling on amazon anymore if anyone can do anything to ruin someone elses business without any consequences or policy enforcement.
Also as per Amazon's feedback policy, seller feedback should only reflect the seller's performance. In this case, the feedback seems to be related to the product itself rather than my performance as a seller. Given this feedback is not relevant to my seller activities and that it a clear case of seller abuse, I kindly request that it be removed.
This 1-star feedback is impacting my account health and performance, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

It's pretty clear that "defective item" is a product review and not a seller review and on that alone it should be eligible for feedback removal and if it was FBA it would've been removed. Yet just because order was FBM, despite eligibility, review is not being removed. This is getting pretty frustrating now. Please help
