Charge method updated without authority
Just had an email in both Dutch and English same time saying I have updated my charge method which I have not. Now Netherlands marketplace has appeared as an active marketplace. I’ve not signed up to this. Anyone else had this happen?

Yes, I’ve had both Poland and Netherlands appear tonight. There are a few threads about this on the forums so it looks like you are not alone.

I’ve had half a dozen of these overnight in various european languages.
I only sell, and only want to sell, on the UK marketplace. Do I need to turn off something Amazon have turned on for me without permission?

I’ve had this for NL, now it’s on holiday mode to inactive. The NL is now sitting on my assigned charge method, will that disappear as I did not request this?
I also checked the ‘Sell Globally’ > Your listings - 0 listings.

Same here - multiple emails from Amazon last night (appear to be genuine).
Just make sure all marketplaces, not required, are set to holiday mode (inactive) & payment methods remain unchanged.

It seems like they are rolling this out in stages to pretty much all of us at somepoint.

Just had that for Sweden so I have just added that country to the holiday settings along with all the others. The only country I will ship to on Amazon is the UK (Not Ireland either)
I refuse to give my products away for free via returnless refunds.

There are several threads about this issue - IMO Amazon should NOT be doing this without our consent.

We don’t ship internationally (not even to Ireland) any longer, therefore we have no international shipping prices set. I guess this means that customers in all these other marketplaces that Amazon have added would not be able to order from us anyway?

I see no widget but now have NL assigned on my card method. I don’t recall other marketplaces assigned on my card method before.
