Is UPS Shipping for SPD to FBA down across all of Amazon?

I havent been able to create FBA shipments via UPS since this morning.

Were you able to create FBA/UPS shipments at any point today?

Our tech teams are aware of these reports and are in the process of reviewing and investigating them. It would be helpful if you could submit a support case about the error, with a shipment/workflow ID if possible.

The specific carrier with reported issues is UPS.
