Asin suddenly disappeared from search results since 29th Oct

Our product has been on the market for 3 years, and during the summer months, its category rankings have consistently stayed in the top 10. Prior to October 29th, we were able to find our listing on the first page for the main keyword, and it had remained there for at least 1-2 years. However, since October 29th, our listing suddenly disappeared from the search results without any reason, which is unacceptable.

We have already taken the following steps:

1.Submitted an English case through Brand Registry.

2.Updated the ST and confirmed that the listing's GL, PT, node, and "Display on Website" settings are correct.

3.Contacted customer support and attempted to refresh the link.

Unfortunately, none of these efforts have resolved the issue. This anomaly in the keyword ranking has caused significant sales losses and continues to affect our business.
