Amazon Asking Statutes (by-laws/articles of association) document

Amazon.co.uk was asking statutes (by-laws/articles of association) document. They provided a link from where I can find the document. It is CS01 file from house of the company’s website. They said:

Please upload a new document

Business name on submitted Statutes should be ''

Submitted Statutes should contain Articles of Association and a share allotment document (statement of Capital/ Annual return/ share register).

I have selected the check box on the top and uploaded the CS01 file but Amazon didn’t accepted that. The email i received said

I followed the link and downloaded the file from there and uploaded it. But still it wasnt accepted. There is a warning on the email as well that they will suspend the account with in 60 days if i failed to submit the document.

Contacted amazon
created a case there.
but no reply as yet
