Brand registration rejection
Hi i have a small handmade company and have successfully registered a brand in the UK and received a trademark number. it was rejected immediately by Amazon and despite several phone calls and being assured that it will be escalated, and appeals with attached registration etc Im no further forward. Usually i find Amazon really helpful but with this branding issue i just dont know what to do next

Hi The Little Craftspace Company,
If your UK trademark is the same as your forum name and seller profile then it has been withdrawn which is why Amazon is not accepting it.
You can check your trademark status at UKIPO.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply the brand name is going to be different to the shop name because when i tried to get the shop name branded someone objected so it wasn't accepted
