PENDING Review?!??
I applied for Brand Registry two weeks ago but it is Pending Review and I received the email stating it will take 45 days!! ? Is this true??? Ive sent email asking questions and get NO response.
I had a case open previously (14171342141) but closed it without getting the rest of my questions answered and now I can't find a way to open another case! - I am now concerned about getting declined/rejected but I am wondering if I should still place my bulk order since only I have brand approval, not brand registry.
Please help. Can someone expedite my brand registry or give me an UPDATE??

I've taken a look into your application and it appears the initial case was closed on your end.
I'll have to reach out to the Brand Registry team to get the application rejected so you can reapply. This process usually takes 7 business days so I'll update you when I hear back!
