ABRACADABARA - Here is some A-To-Z Guarantee Claims Magic - AZ A-Z Claims
Either Amazon has been doing Magic OR Maybe it is Time Travel...
As per A-To-Z Claims Guarantee page, buyer ordered from us on 12th September 2023, but the mandatory Buyer Communication for INR happened on 11th September 2023.
How can a buyer contact us for a particular order before even placing THAT order?
I have already Appealed against this case, but we all know that even with this simple & direct proof staring in their faces, Amazon will still NOT overturn its decision.
Here's a screenshot -

For those of you interested, this is due to a bug in the A-To-Z Claims system. It cannot differentiate between messages for 2 different orders from the same buyer. So if the buyer contacted me for Order A, then they will be able to open A-Z Claims for Orders B, C, D, E, F...(you get the picture). If the buyer has contacted you even once, you are done for. Because starting that point, they will be able to open A-Z Claims right away for all orders.

Don't know if Amazon can Time-Travel as shown above....But I can definitely predict the future.
Just got an email from Amazon saying that I have NOT provided sufficient proof. Their own Appeals page says Order placed on 12th September, buyer communication on 11th September.... BUT I AM THE ONE WHO HASN'T PROVIDED SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE !!!!
Let us all sellers hold hands and laugh together !!!

A-Z Claims have been awful these past 3 months in general, so many unfair claims, when will amazon start protecting its sellers :(

INR...then send another free replacement ...both parcels show delivery successful...Amazon still grant the buyer a full refund out of our pocket...Buyer has 2 free items plus refund...we are short of 2 items and the payment amount.... post claim, tried subtly communicating with buyer, buyer is totally despondent... We have found that delivery confirmation, full tracking, signature doesn't matter, when a buyer claims non-delivery, we are still accused of providing insufficient proof of delivery. Amazon seriously need a different stance on these claims...Amazon make it clear, that the buyers are THEIRS, when THEIR buyer is fraudulent and Amazon wish to reimburse them, then Amazon should refund THEIR buyer of THEIR OWN POCKET (not ours if we have successfully delivered the product to the buyer)

Still no one from Amazon who has the guts to reply to this thread.
