Let's start with the basics.
1. Is your product live on the Amazon site?
2. Xan you find your product on the site by entering Amazon as a buyer?
3. Are you attempting to buy your own product, as if it was a test? You can't, Amazon has fixed the site to display those messages when sellers attempt to buy their own products.
4. If your product is live on the site, it can be purchased by others.
5. If your seller's name does not show up as the seller, or one of the sellers, your listing is not live.
