Amazon Shipping.
I moved to Amazon Shipping some 2-3 months ago in the expectation that it would eliminate my low tracking rate,as advised by people on the forum. All went well for a while( it was going towards 60-70%) but now it shows zero .All my shipping is now by Amazon usually through Royal Mail and almost always checked by a PO for right weight/ postage rate.I still buy the cheapest postage possible. What is happening?

Amazon seem to have lost the plot with VTR. They implemented a load more changes last week then posted absolute nonsense on the forum and still haven’t clarified anything.
Its death by 1000 cuts. Or fba enforcement by 1000 cuts.

60-70% seems low for amazon shipping, were you buying tracked or rm24/48 or all 1st/2nd class?
Mine hasnt dropped yet, all normal 2nd bought by amazon shipping is still not showing and 100% on my tracked ones outside amazon so I wonder if they're tinkering

I have changed from Amazon Logistics back to Royal mail. I was sending 400+ parcels a week. I was always getting customers saying the parcel was not delivered or lost, however as there was a picture, Amazon refunded the customer as the item had proof of delivery and i couldnt claim. Ive gone back to Royal Mail (T48) and havent had one customer complaint in nearly 2 weeks
