Account Deactivated on verification

My Account has been deactivatted after one year working fine.just asked for identity verification and has provided utility bills and the bank statement but still says we are unable to verify your primary identity addres.......if knows plz help.thanks

If the original document is not in a supported language, provide a copy of both the original document and a certified translation.

How do I submit the required documents?
