ASIN isn't restricted --- but stranded inventory reason says 'restricted asin' -- please help
A week ago I had an asin/listing get removed for customers receiving the wrong product. That problem was cleared & the restricted products team said we were ok to continue selling the product.
The listing never became active. Stranded inventory still says 'restricted asin'
I have now received 3 emails from the restricted products team stating that the asin doesn't have any restrictions.
I deleted the listing, waited 24 hours, then re-added the product, but still no luck
ASIN is NOT restricted, but stranded inventory says 'restricted asin'
also, detail page is removed.
Is there someone at amazon that can help?
