URGENT - Our payment disbursments have been delayed for more than 7 business days - waiting on 6 figures
Hello all,
Our Amazon seller account has a daily payment disbursement feature which allows us to request available balances every 24h from Amazon, and it has been this way for more than 2 years without an issue.
About a week ago now the daily deposits stopped showing up in our company's bank account.
On the Amazon side, in our payments dashboard, it shows that the disbursements have been sent from Amazon's side, and there are trace IDs (our bank is Canadian and they actually can't do anything with the trace IDs apparently)
We continued to request a daily disbursement, and Amazon kept acknowledging the request and deducting the amount from our account level reserve however, nothing gets deposited into our company bank account. This cycle of requesting a daily disbursement while nothing getting deposited into our bank account continues to this day, it has been more than 7 business days now without a single dollar received from Amazon.
As of today, we are waiting on 6 figures of disbursement money from Amazon..
We have contacted Seller Support with the issue and they gave us a complete run around resulting in no new information or resolution to our problem.
We have confirmed the bank accounts never changed
We confirmed the credit card is still valid
We confirmed the business address never got changed
Does anyone have any helpful solutions or suggestions for this issue? As I am sure you all can appreciate, a disruption in cash flow for weeks on end is devastating to a business.
