Eligible offers - 400

Hello, When we want to register our product to the vine program, "no eligible offers - 400 we were not able to identify eligible offers with inventory for this product. see about amazon vine for detailed eligibility criteria." We get the error. When we check the criteria, we see that everything is suitable. We opened a case regarding the issue, but we still could not find a solution. Is there anyone who can help?

After reviewing your catalog, I found one ASIN so I'm assuming you would like to enroll this one. Currently, I see that this ASIN is stranded and not available on Amazon. You can check the FBA inventory -> Action: Fix Stranded inventory.
