Customer Return was not received, after replacement was sent and can't file a Safe-T claim
I have tried to file a Safe-T Claim but couldn't. I then tried to open a case but couldn't.
I would appreciate some mods looking into this for me.
Original Order ID: 114-2733187-9831419 - Customer submitted return request and asked for replacement. The replacement order 113-0001183-2639431 was shipped.
The return for the Original Order ID: 114-2733187-9831419 was never shipped by the customer.
USPS Tracking Number: 9302010949890114429807 -- Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item - December 17, 2024
Latest Update -- We were notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package.
I tried to file a Safe-T claim which says "This order is not eligible for a SAFE-T claim because the original item is in transit. Please contact the carrier directly if you want to file a claim for the shipment." BUT the order was never received by the carrier because the customer never shipped it.

We have just had this same thing happen to us. Amazon replied to us telling us to reach out to the customer and try to tell them to ship back the original order despite Amazon creating the replacement order.
It would be nice to see some mods address your issue and maybe I'll get a post going on mine.

Hello @Seller_FXkRXiZDQp5gm- and thank you for looking to the seller forums for some guidance on this situation. We appreciate your patience as we try to get to all the threads that we can.
Can you help confirm, are you able to submit a SAFE-T Claim using the replacement Order ID, not the original Order ID? The SAFE-T Claim help page does indicate this is necessary in situations centered on orders with returns and free replacements.
