Evri/Hermes Seller Fulfilled Prime

Hi all,

So I wondered is Evri available for SFP?

I have looked through the help pages and it mentions Evri but then I go to another page for carriers and it is not mentioned. Some people seem to mention it on the forums as an option - but when I look at our shipping template for SFP it only lets us choose Royal Mail or DPD. So a little unsure if it is actually an option?

We have been sticking with Royal Mail for our parcels. Had no issues during the strikes and everything has been arriving fine. But considering our options if we do decide to move away and the impact that would have.

Unless something has changed recently, there are only three options for SFP. RM, DPD and Amazon logistics.

I believe you can use them for standard non prime customers but not for prime next day orders

Unless something has changed recently, there are only three options for SFP. RM, DPD and Amazon logistics.

Thanks for the replies.

I thought as much but saw on some forum posts Evri was mentioned under Prime discussions.

So switching everything over to Evri would have an impact on sales if we couldn’t then offer SFP. Not such a simple decision to make a switch to them. Would be a cost saving on our parcels. Have to monitor the outcome of any future strikes I guess.
