Not Featured Offer Eligible on all FBM offers
I need help on how I can become Featured offer eligible. All my metrics are good and prices are competitive as well as offering fast shipping yet I’m still not eligible. Is it possible for a rep to view my account and get it to where I’m eligible since I’ve done nothing wrong. I had seller support review countless times but can’t get anywhere with them as they each give me a different answer. This is getting very frustrating and just want a fair shot at the buybox like other new sellers have selling FBM!

No one knows the recipe for the secret sauce of the Buy Box. All of the factors that you mention play into it. Some other factors are, how much stock you have, how long you've been selling on Amazon, etc. And sometimes it seems to make no sense. I've seen sellers have the Buy Box that have a feedback rating in the low 80's. How much weight any one metric carries is anyone's guess, no one can tell you a fix.
