Brand name needing "The" added to name
Please help. I have had brand approval for "Canny Homemaker" since April and recently was approved in Brand Registry for "The Canny Homemaker". My logo submitted for "brand approval" and Brand Registry has not changed. Has always said "The Canny Homemaker". My GTIN's say "The Canny Homemaker", my products, listings and contact info is all the same. I was told the changes were approved and getting updated within 48 hours, then started getting responses saying that they are 2 different brands, which they clearly arent't. My latest correspondence is that they think I'm trying to re-brand, which I'm not. I have product at FBA and am being told I need all new ASIN's to attach to my product/brand. I literally just need "THE" added to my account. Is there any additional help I can get?

I can't be of a great help, but I DO see two different brands:
The only thing that counts is the USPTO. Your brand in brand registry has to match exactly your brand in the USPTO.
