I created this appeal because my account was related to another account an in trying to explain to Amazon I no longer own the other account It belong to my friend I also called amazon to try and reinstate the first account but me and my friend were unable to do so as Amazon told us it was impossible to do can someone check my appeal and tell me some improvement also for proof I added a partnership contract business sale deed/ contract and a contract termination letter all signed by my official solicitor here is my appeal : Dear Amazon Seller Performance Team,

You have a separate account AhmadsStuff which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the Ahmad’sThings Selling account to sell on Amazon.co.uk.

What kind of business did you set the AhmadsStuff account up as on Amazon? When you say you transferred ownership and control, what exactly did you do on Amazon - did you go through the transfer process Amazon have in place or did you just give your friend your login information?

Nope I did everything legally we signed documents and I have him the assets such as the name and then gave him the login

I really don’t think there is much of a chance of getting your account back to be honest. It just sounds like you were running an account and ‘gave’ that to your friend, but with the same login. And then setup a new account.
It all sounds a bit wooly at the moment.

The only way to get reinstated is to fix that 1st account
Going forward though, they’ll always be linked
You need to speak with an accountant asap too about your unofficial partnership income … that could be quite messy

To me it sounds like you have abused the rules not once but many times on Amazon and ignorance is not an excuse.
Unfortunatly for you I do not think Amazon would want you back at any cost.
