UNFAIR A-Z Claim

Hello,

Order ID 701-9533363-6044244

The customer sent back a dirty and worn shoe, which we've mentioned in the return policy that merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 90 days of ship date, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. We've also sent the pictures as proof to the customer, however the customer filed a-z claim, and after we filed the appeal, Amazon still proceed the refund, this is absolutely an unfair A-Z claim, Amazon needs to reconsider its policies or introduce a system within A to Z claims that protects sellers!

I am currently dealing with the same issue.

My customer put in a return request after only having the item for 2 hours, with many missing pieces, damaged pieces, and used pieces materially different than we sent the customer, and Amazon granted the A to Z claim even after proof was sent to the proper email address. We provided a 50% restocking fee as per Amazon canada policy for items returned materially different, but Amazon granted the whole claim for 100% again.

My customer might have gotten a 150% refund.

I'm in the same situation, I sell philips electric toothbrushes, I checked amazon's website, the return policy for this type of product is that it must be unopened and unused in order to be returned, I contacted amazon and the reply I got was that it can be returned if the customer has damaged it, but I received a return from amazon today and it was used by the customer, I'm not sure why amazon's policy is so ambiguous!

The amazon A-Z is unfair, our item is over $200, the customer claim he receive the wrong item, but we check with warehouse, do ship out the right item, then he return a dirty , cheap, total different item. Amazon still full refund to him. That is cheating.
