A customer recently brought to our attention that a "protection plan" option is available when making a purchase from our Amazon storefront.
Most of our customers are aware of our 25-year warranty coverage, but those who aren’t might end up paying additional fees for a protection plan that duplicates coverage already provided by our warranty at no cost.
Is there any way to turn off the protection plan option on our listings?

Thanks for posting your inquiry. Unfortunately, there is no way to turn off a protection plan option, as it is offered to any products eligible for coverage. The customer does not need to purchase a protection plan if they choose not to.
