Item Returned in a Disgusting State
Hi,
I've had a return today, and it's in an appalling condition. I felt sick just taking it out of the envelope (which was also covered in grease stains)
It has greasy marks and fingerprints all over it, something is caked on the front, and something sticky has been spilt on it.
Can someone please advise if you've been through similar?

Are you able to open a Safe-T claim?
We have had used (urine) and unwashed incontinence pants returned. They were purchased via FBA, so they were returned to Amazon FC first and then they repacked them to come to us.

I had a dirty kitchen cloth returned to me, I don't even sell kitchen clothes. I opened a safe-T claim and got some money back. But what I would like to know is if these buyers are flagged or punished in any way. As we are supposed to be "partners", we should know if there is any justice at all. It's not just about the money, but also the insult of receiving something disgusting. I would like to know, they don't get away with it.
