New Seller Order Fufillment Time FBM Question
We received an order at 10:57 pm PT/1:57 am ET (our time) and when we checked our orders at 8am ET that order was "verge of late shipment". It said it needed to go out today. We just got another other at 7:11 am PT/ 10:11am ET which says it needs to ship by tomorrow. Both, are Free Economy Shipping.
In my mind both should ship by tomorrow because both came to us after midnight ET. I understand that the first order was technically yesterday on the west coast.
I can't find a cut off time for "Free Economy Shipping". Is there one? What are the parameters for that? What setting says a 2am order supposed to go the same day while a 10am order goes tomorrow?

Tatiana from Amazon here -- I'm just coming across your post!
If you have your shipping settings set to Shipping Settings Automation (SSA) this should be taking into account the regional area you are shipping from and localize the cutoff time of where your warehouse location.
Let me know if you do have this set and cutoff time still doesn't seem right.
