Amazon Deactivated my Account and wont accept my bank despoit information

My account has been deactivated because they cannot verify my bank deposit amount (I assume anyways as I haven't made any sales or listings, my bank details/address/name matches the statement however it keeps being rejected and cannot be verified, this is my only bank by Natwest, why is it keep being rejected? I don't understand, because of this I am unable to sell on Amazon.

I have posted this in a PDF file as they request but still nothing is accepted, why is it so hard to setup on Amazon to sell?
