Voilation of Policy - Multiple Selling Account
I have recently set up a seller's Account on Amazon Seller Central with the help of a Consultant from Fiverr. As part of the initial setup, the Consultant was going to assist me with a few tasks, e.g., setting up the inventory and ordering a couple of products from Alibaba. This individual was granted limited permission to access (only to the inventory) my Amazon Seller Central account strictly for professional purposes. The products were ordered, and the three (3 stores) accounts were active and ready to start selling as soon as the products arrived at the Amazon Warehouse. The agreement with the Fiverr Consultant ended. A few days ago, I received a warning message from Amazon stating that I have another Seller account named "BoxBuy Master" linked to my account. As such, I have violated Amazon's Policy of having multiple accounts. The problem is that I have never opened or owned an account in the name of BoxBuy Master, nor have I linked any such account to my account. Over the last week, I have written to Amazon to state my appeal and submitted documents as evidence supporting documents as evidence. However, my accounts remain deactivated with Amazon again asking me to send more info. Any assistance and guidance would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello @Seller_3K6ZRsLKjUqvS,
Thank you for posting concerns with your account here on the Forums.
From what you have shared, I see that you have received a violation of the multiple accounts policy and you would like some guidance on how to get this resolved.
I want to clarify, that this type of deactivation can occur when 2 accounts have personal or business information shared between them and one becomes deactivated. You do not have to own the other account for a link to be established.
You shared that the consultant was granted limited permission to your account, as this can sometimes introduce unforeseen risks, this may have been how the linkage could have occurred.
You mentioned that the consultant was hired to order the inventory, did they order it through your account (while logged in through their permissions) or did they have the products sent to themselves?
To address this, you must submit the following documents...
--A service agreement with the consultant that shows the start date of their services and which types of services they were hired to provide.
--an invoices or bill of lading from the service provider
--proof of payment made to them (bank or credit card statement that shows you paid them/on what date/and for what amount)
--service termination agreement or confirmation that the service has been terminated (date of termination if possible)
If you are unable to prove that accounts are no longer related, your account will remain deactivated, and your only viable option from there will be to reinstate the related account.
Once you have reviewed the information and questions above, please feel free to respond here for further guidance. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
