Spending too much on Ads

I'm spending a fortune on PPC Ads and barely getting any conversions. I have not made any profit in the 6 months i have been trying to sell the product due to the Amazon Fee's + PPC Ads. If i don't advertise, i don't get any sales, and if i do, i end up spending hundreds of $ for a negative return.

I have accumulated 20 reviews so far, which have all been positive, but it's not paying off whatsoever. I have lowered the price drastically from the price of $13.99 to $9.99 and still not seeing much of an improvement. I have lowered it even further with Black Friday and i have spent yet another $20 on Ads with a return of $4.. What am i doing wrong? it's driving me crazy!

My ASIN: B0BXLCVP47

I'm Private labelling if this helps come to some kind of conclusion.

Amazon is a business, not a process. You have to adapt based on your results.

The scaling process it not easy. The PPC process it not easy.

To scale a product you have to lower the best seller rank by a lot...dramatically...and know that your product will have enough organic sales strength to sustain the new found sales velocity somewhat while you reduce ads so you can make a profit to make up for what you lost.

A lot of times the play is to break even in about 4 months but, at that point, you have a listing with a ton of sales history, reviews, and sales velocity so its just a matter of restocking.

PPC is incredibly annoying. In no way shape or form is it set it and forget it. I have keyword action days (3 per week) where I negate/add/improve keywords. And every monday i reset my bidding strategy to account for any changes in impression behavior (like losing a ton of impressions to other sellers who are increasing their bids the night of thanksgiving so I am no longer winning any placements anymore).

I can see that your SKU has not had any dramatic improvements in best seller rank in the 150 day history it has. I would say that its because your PPC process is not good enough.

Hello @Seller_DANEvjfOKUHxz- Thanks for posting here! You received so really great feedback and advice from @Seller_vSOOwekJLU6c0.Selecting the right keywords for the brand or product in a PPC advertising campaign is very important for success. This is a good resource to review and even gives tips about decreasing ads spend with negative keyword usage.
