I’ve just had quite the experience.
I tried to change my bank account details, which ended up resulting in my account being frozen by Amazon. I’ve worked out the reason why, but that isn’t the point of the post.
After that happened, I was unable to login, due to my OTP telephone number giving an invalid entry.
So though my account continued to be active, I simply could not log in to it.
Worked around by using an authenticator app, EVENTUALLY!
As such, it is then IMPOSSIBLE to contact support of any kind!
How on earth is anyone supposed to get this kind of thing fixed, when they can’t even contact support?
Could you please lay out a method for me and any other sellers in this kind of situation please?
It is an absolutely CRAZY situation, when you can’t log into your account and when you need support desperately, you simply cannot get it!

Possibly a 2FA issue, I has this issue but it turned out I had 2 passwords saved and occasionally it would autofill the old one only giving me a failed to login after I typed in the authenticator code. Probably not your issue but could be?

Myself and a few others reported an otp issue last week where it took a couple of hours for the codes to come through via text
During this time, I was locked out my seller account and the forum therefore would have no clue how ir where to ask for help
This as Neil says, is not really acceptable for a large company such as amazon
If the same happened anywhere else, I can still talk to someone

Yea I realise it was the 2FA, there just appears to be help and I wasn’t sure if it was missed as there was no way to contact support but it appears support is just useless as usual.
