Video call verification Nightmare
I'm hoping someone can help me escalate the following issue I've been experiencing for the past few weeks
I had a video call verification with Amazon which I failed as the interviewer took more than 30 minutes to ask questions and review my responses / documents
(the interviewer claimed he was only allowed to stay on the call for 30 minutes and abruptly hung up at 31 minutes before reviewing any of my invoices or bank statements)
skip ahead a few weeks, at which point we escalated the issue to the executive teams, the executive team approved our escalation and sent us a new video call request
we picked 3 dates for our new video call
first slot may 20, 2024 : 2pm eastern (11am cali time)
second slot may 22, 2024 : 2pm eastern (11am cali time)
3rd slot may 28, 2024 : 2pm eastern (11am cali time)
the interview team ignored our first 2 dates,
On Sunday May 26th we received a scheduling email for Memorial Day Monday at 5AM (May 27th)
2 minutes after the scheduling email came in we received a message stating the following
"The email you received on {5/26/2024} was sent to you in error. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and we have updated your account accordingly."
we showed up to the video call regardless at 5 am and the interviewer told us that the apology email was indeed in regard to the video call verification for 5 Am memorial day and he is not assigned to my interview
Now its 05/30 and still no actual video call
AHS is saying I should submit all the documents I have prepped for the video call via account health dashboard instead
any thoughts or advice is appreciated
