Account under review with no performance notification

On my account health page. It says that my funds are held while my account is under review

But I never received a violation, email, or performance notification on why my account became under review.

I checked everything. Everything is 100% no issues, A to z claims, chargebacks, no change in sales, etc.

I already told seller support and the account health team. They told me they don’t know why my account is under review or why the review started. They tell me to just wait, but I don’t have time like that. I have bills to pay

Has anyone experienced this and if so how did you handle it.

As of now, we do not have any updates regarding this situation. We do ask that you monitor your performance notifications and case log for additional messaging.

Im having the same issue here, i have tried emailing them 9 times but don't know what the issue is. I would appreciate if you would share a solution when you get to it. Ill do the same!
