£40 sponsered ads credit, £40 Vouchers credit & £160 Vine Credit
Can somebody explain in clear English where these credits are being applied and how we can keep track of these amounts. I have promotional rebates deducted from sales and can see no occurrence of a credit being applied. Also, where is the credit for sponsored Ads? My money is being reduced and not reimbursed at all. Aswell as the promised £160 credit for Vine?

hoya, go into advertising campaign manager, bottom.left is a cog to go into the admin menu,in there you will see a tab for promotion credits, as I remember the money accumulates like normal and then the credit is added just before they bill you, hope that helps
