Sell globally

Hello

I am a new seller and i created amazon account on bharain information and i wanted to sell in saudia and dubai market places but amazon has not added these market places in my seller account.When i go to add market places in sell globally section there is option like register or link this account with saudia and dubai market places when i try one by one both the next tab show the questions about sell globally and its benefits but there is no further option to add market place.Can anyone tell me how can i add these 2 market places in my account it will be a great help for me.
