I’ve tried the listing violation tool a couple of times and whenever I have I’ve received the message in the title.

The viloation I tried to report was a seller using our image from eBay (an image we’ve used on a listing for 10 years or so)
Anyone any idea how to use the report a violation tool so it works or how would I get this image removed?

Is this listing also on Amazon? Is the item brand registered?

The other sellers listing using our image is on Amazon.
We are brand protected on both Amazon and eBay ergo the image is - we don’t use the particular image they are using on our Amazon listings - only on our eBay listings.
I don’t know if the Amazon listing / item / brand using our image is brand registered?

No - I used the same path but the option: [Content on detail page is incorrect or not allowed as per Amazon’s policy]
and then:
Product images or images on the detail page are not appropriate or are not allowed as per Amazon’s policy
