Ineligible for seller-fulfillment

Hi All,

My seller account seems to be blocked ? against each listing it reads Ineligible for seller-fulfillment. We have no idea why this has been done. Can anybody shed any light ??

Definitely sounds like a VTR issue.
What is your VTR ? - have you downloaded your report ?
