Amazon are not paying me and not giving a reason why

am writing in regards to a ongoing amazon case.I have 9,000 in my amazon balance I have tried to request payments , however my balance says £0 available This case has been going on for 3 months now.I have open several cases to get to the bottom of this matter however amazon seller support hasn’t provided any valid reason for not paying me my money.I need the 9,000 pounds back as I have over due bills that I need to pay.Can you please contact seller support my seller name is called fabtastic  products.This is  Urgent issueI really need my money back I appreciate your help.  If u could let me know if I need to send any other documents to open my Amazon seller payments up again that would be greatly appreciated.

This is just a forum of other amazon sellers. No one can contact seller support for you.

First place to check though is Performance Notifications is there anything there that suggests if your account is deactivated.

This is not Amazon you are messaging, and no-one here can contact Seller Support on your behalf.

Have you checked to see if your bank account info and charge method are all correct and verified - the charge method will show a green tick. If not then you will need to get that sorted out.

Hi, I have been facing the same issue, with over 16k held for over 18 months, can not seem to get anywhere except them asking to make an appointment online which they do not honor....

Does anyone have any advice or experience with this issue.

Had the same issue.

Turned out that my account wasn't yet fully verified.

This can happen if ur a new seller or if you in the past months have done changed anything in regards to your business info or business owner info, then might be that Amazon hasnt still verified ur profile.

My suggestion is contacting KYC and asking them how far along is your account verified and ask the verification team to follow up on ur application (they might be needing additional docs or have forgotten about ur application).
