Funds Available on my payments dashboard is showing as zero
For some reason I can’t request a payment to my bank account on the Payments Dashboard. This has never happened in all the years I’ve been using Amazon, there should be several thousand available to take. Has anyone experienced this before? Amazon only seem to transfer my case and then respond with nonsense.

You have obviously been put on the DDBR, check out link from @osgood where you will get all the information you need on it. likely to be 2 weeks before you can disperse from the date that it started.
