Slow to receive units and slow response time from Seller Central Help

Has anyone noticed that it's taking forever for Seller Central support to respond to inquiries? Also for distribution centers to scan in our units? Is it the time of year? I feel like they aren't doing anything to respond to lost units or scan in units.

Amazon warehouses are always busy. And support can't do anything about speeding up the process.

How long has your inventory been at FBA? Was it delivered LTL or SPD? Are these items to replenish inventory or are they new to Amazon products?

THe check in has been crazy slow for the past 2 months. I contact support but never get any help as usual.

Seller support is 100% outsourced to india, what do you think they do when you file a ticket?

They email the US Based support, then they email the FBA Warehouse, where tons of people work, and have mountains of pallets of crap to sift through.

Also the speed at which your stuff is processed is based entirely on value and sales

Stay away from RDU4 if you can. Very slow with everything. I see that people also complain about PCS2 and ABQ2. And no, complainiing does not help .

12 packages that I sent to FBA warehouse were lost. I have created about 150 cases for lost packages so far, but they never respond to any of the cases, they do not pay even though I sent the purchase invoices and proof of delivery.

They never respond to the cases, they do not care about the sellers.

I suspect they are stealing our products.

FBA is regretful.

its been horrendously bad with FC transfer times and scanning into warehouses ever since they did the big "change" back in March/April

8/10 times they lost significant number of items from inbound items. They just closed one shipment with only 4 received items out of 245. and yes the whole process takes forever.
