Amazon doesn't reinstate the product due to an image that no longer exists!
Amazon has blocked our product because we have mixed up the labels of the product (we put a new ingredients list image of incoming stock on the product detail page).
We fixed everything as Amazon asked and made everything clear, however, Amazon still uses outdated information from one old image that is removed already and because of that doesn't reinstate the product. It says that we need to remove this image but it is already removed! I sent many screenshots with evidence and tried to explain this to Amazon, but the Support answers with the same template that this image needs to be removed (when it already is). Could someone help me with this issue??

We have had some of our best selling lines taken down saying NO IMAGE even though the image is compliant and in amazon guidelines. You go round in circles and get the same response. Usually an A.I reply as they say the same thing every time. Theres little to no hope of sorting catalogue errors unfortunately.
