My email blew up with prohibited items today. They all have the word "sex" in the title. These are not adult sex toys! They are things like the TV program Sex and the City, a DVD for Sex and the Single Girl. What is going on?

Yup! Same thing here. They even banned the Woody Allen comedy "Every I Ever Wanted to Know About Sex" which is rated PG! These things are not porn or even adult titles.

There is nothing you can do about it. I have lots of items that says prohibited. I sell books and media. I've had books flagged because it was A drug guide for Nurses and because of the word DRUG meant I was selling drugs. I had the game Plant vs. Zombies pulled because it was seen as a pesticide. I get a lot of gardening books that are seen as pesticide. They kept saying it is prohibited. So I even took the small class Amazon provides to be able to sell pesticides even though I wasn't. Sat through think 4 videos. Took a test passed and didn't do a thing. They still flag any mention of plants. It takes time, but once they actually investigate it they go back on. So I don't even do anything any more.

Same here. Every Sex and the city video has been removed and my account was just deactivated as well for another item they said was prohibited and then emailed saying they got it wrong but now say it's prohibited again. This is just crazy. 53,000 listings were removed and account deactivated over this bot ignorance. How long until they respond to the appeal is the question.

All the items I received emails about have turned into dog pages. I deleted them anyway because the emails threatened potential account deactivation. Amazon allows the sale of sex toys but is foolishly removing all this media.
