Product review left as Seller Feedback

Yesterday (3/31/2024) we received a neutral product review on our seller profile, the customer note is as follows:

"The product did not live up to it's marketing, it hard to see out of the len."

We have requested the customer kindly remove their review from our profile and redirect it to the product's detail page. we explained in detail how and where to leave a product review on the item's detail page, but will probably not hear back from them unfortunately.

@Tatiana_Amazon(we would appreciate your help again with this review if possible)

It's VERY unlikely Amazon will do anything. They don't even remove feedback for products that sellers have never sold or that are the result of refusing extortion attempts.

Feedback is a useless system on here any longer and Amazon refuses to get rid of it.

I have had more Feedback on eBay in the past two months than I have had in two YEARS on here and I don't sell nearly as much there.
