Listing Approval Rejected and Invoice from Manufacturer is now Provided
Good day,
I have been trying to list a brand on Amazon and keeps getting Automatic reject. I called Amazon Support and the person who spoke to me said I am getting automatic reject because I have applied multiple times and uploaded an Order Confirmation but Amazon requires an Invoice to get approved. The Product Manufacturer have issued me an invoice for the items purchased and I uploaded it when I applied to sell again but still got an Automatic reject. The Seller support staff asked me to reply to the email I got from Amazon saying Brand Approval was rejected but each time I replied to the email, it returns as a failure delivery as I guess it's not a proper email (merch.service05@amazon.com) as the email isn't going through and keeps coming back and don't know how else to submit the manufacturer's invoice to Amazon so I can be ungated to sell the brand. Also considering our Account health and rating I would expect that by now we get Automatic Approval to sell for some brands and surprised this is posing a challenge. Meanwhile we purchase all our products directly from the Manufacturer and see no reason why we can't get ungated on it. Below are the Case Number for the issues on the brand ungating. I have the invoice from the Manufacturer too. Let me know how to also get it across so we can be ungated. I will appreciate it if this matter can be looked into for us. Thank you

So you have an invoice from the manufacturer; good first step.
Now, do you have authorization FROM THE BRAND to sell their brand on Amazon? Even if you are buying direct, they may not want to selling it here. And the manufacturer may not be the entity that is in control of distribution rights. You may need permission from the brand itself.

This is not done through automation, but review by an Amazon Investigator. Please note Amazon will not indicate specifically why your invoice is not accepted. You will need to review the invoice requirements and work with your distributor to ensure it matches your Seller Information exactly. I'm sorry there is not more details I'm able to share.
