Amazon selling my products at lower price than in my inventory?
So yesterday we had around 7 orders for the same SKU and 6 were priced at £11 and 1 was priced at £10.94 yet we have not changed ANY prices on this item.
This morning we had an order for an SKU for £52.49 and yet my inventory price is £69.99. Again, we have NOT changed the price.
So how can Amazon be selling my item at a price LESS than its in my inventory for ?
I have raised the first issue with Amazon and they claim that we changed the price on Sunday 25th at 2.00pm. We dont even work Sundays and there are just 2 of us who access our systems. So how can this be ?
Has anyone else seen anything like this ? Whats to say the issue isn’t far reaching and they’ve been selling our stock off cheaper without us realising ?

Just out of interest, have you looked at the actual catalogue page - the one that buyers see - to check what your price is on there?
Is there any chance that you have set a sale price to begin on a specific date?
This is very curious.

Is there any chance that it’s a sale to a business and the VAT has been deducted?

I had this issue with quite a few of my items and eventually discovered it wasnt amazon that were lowering my prices it was channelgrabber as they have a setting in their system. They were changing the prices to something far lower than we even have on ebay. I had to get channelgrabber to turn off the setting.

Just going to say just in case that although your buyer pays £69.99 you get that amount less the Amazon fee, usually around 15/17% are you factoring this in?
