Automatic returns

Hi all, just a quick query, the customer purchased a book, the item was delivered, then the same day goes for a return request as the order was stated as an accidental order, Amazon auto authorised this, to be sent back to my address, Then I see amazon has refunded the customer and even charged me return postage of £3.35, and I have not yet received the return back, , surely I should not be charged for the return postage in this case, and I understood Amazons policy was to let you refund on the items return your replies would be appreciated

thanks Dave

all returns are refund on first scan now (basically when the customer drops it off at a postoffice/drop off point) and have been for many months

I would have thought that Amazon would have deducted the £3.35 from the customers refund though since it was an accidental order.

When you receive it back you can put in a safet claim for the return postage
