Account health - risk of deactivation. Order defect rate 100%
Hi. A buyer left negative feedback saying "Wrong item sent"
This is not the case - I cancelled the item as I could not send it. I have sent amazon screenshots of this.
This has resulted in negative feedback, yet I can't remove it.
Where do I stand with this as obviously there is proof that the item was cancelled, and it is not "Wrong item sent"
Thanks.

Buyers can still leave feedback on cancelled orders. I've noticed negative feedback is getting harder and harder to remove, no matter what evidence you have.
Best you can do is leave a polite response.

The Pre-fulfilment cancellation rate will disappear off your account health in 7 days, so I wouldn't worry too much. I assume as it is at 100% it's because you haven't had any other orders to balance it out ?
It is pointless sending screenshots to Amazon, they will not do anything. As above, just leave a factual response on the feedback saying the order was cancelled, so item NOT sent.

I wanted to follow up on your post. For me to have a look on the feedback, could you please provide me the case ID?
Any assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support channel.

The Negative feedback is valid, but should be for item cancelled by seller.
Amazon should not really delete this, you can just leave a comment that item was cancelled rather than wrong item sent
