How can I restore listings that have been removed due to a Restricted Product Policy violation?
Recently, my listing was removed due to violations of the Restricted Product Policy. I appealed through the account health page and created a case to inquire about the reasons for the removal. Fortunately, the support team provided me with feedback on which aspects of the listing violated the policy. However, I'm unsure what to do next since the listing has already been removed and I need to make the modifications of the listing as advised by the support team. Here are my questions regarding this matter:
(1) Should I request Amazon to restore my listing? or,
(2) Do I need to create a new listing without any violations and upload it again?
(3) If I upload the listing again, will customer reviews be restored?
Any guidance on these questions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there @Seller_jgzxefO907AYJ- and welcome to the forums!
While I would make sure to follow any guidance received through your account health dashboard and performance notifications, in general once the issues are fixed, you can work to reinstate the same listing. As long as the ASIN and SKU are maintained, there should be no impact to the reviews of the ASIN.
I hope this is helpful, but if you have any further questions, this Seller University video on appealing or disputing policy violations should be useful!
