ACCOUNT RESERVE AND LACK OF HELP FROM SUPPORT - HELP REQUIRED!

Hi All,

I'm hoping someone can offer some advice. I have a reservce on my account as they believe I am dropshipping and when I say im not and have submitted evidence of postage purchased with them and orders sent via FBA I continue to get the same repetitive message for the following reasons

We received your submission but do not have enough information to transfer funds to you at this time. Funds will not be transferred to you during the review but will stay in your account. To expedite the review of your selling account, please send the following information:

-- Evidence and an explanation that demonstrates how your account complies with our Drop Shipping policy.

-- If you are facing logistics issues that are impacting proper fulfillment of your orders, provide reasons and supporting evidence associated with these for consideration during your review.

I make and ship my own orders from home (except FBA) and as they are small items I only use royal mail second class postage which I now know does not help with VTR.

I am wondering does anyone know what evidence to submit to get the reserve removed or any one I can speak to so they can help with this matter. Or has anyone experienced the same and had their reserve removed after a certain time - and how long this was.

Can you not send invoices to show you are buying stock in bulk from proper suppliers?

Are you recycling packaging from other retailers at all? Any way an invoice from another retailer could've been sent with an order?

Have you had any claims of non-delivery? Had to cancel any orders?

is buying shipping via amazon an option here? I 'think' if you use the Amazon buy shipping process that will proove where the goods are shipping from?
