Being asked to upload identity information but no upload link
Hi,
I am being asked to upload my identity information via a link that doesn't exist - the below is what I am seeing. I have tried various email addresses for support however, i have not received any replies. As you can imagine, I am extremely frustrated.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Terry

I have same issue - deactivated due to 'multiple account', and Amazon is asking me to follow 'Account Health', telling me to upload required documents. However Amazon doesn't say what is the required for the proof of document (I only have one single account.) or there is no as such 'uploading document' options in 'View appeal'. I think Amazon has got too many sellers now and cannot handle, actually they don't need anymore sellers??? At least Amazon is trying to delay the action at this point.

Many of us have received the same. You need to type into the blue search box 'Performance Notification' and it will take you to the emails you will have received. You need to send the documents the the email address in the notification, there is no direct link.

Ash here to assist. It has been understood that you need help on the account reactivation which has been deactivated due to the KYC verifications.
To submit the new information, please click on the settings on the top right side of the page > Account Info > Identity Information.
