Account verification failed!
I am writing out of growing frustration and concern regarding my Amazon Seller account, which has been suspended/deactivated due to failed verification, despite me submitting all the correct and valid documents as requested.
I have sent multiple emails and messages through Seller Central, but I keep receiving generic, dismissive responses that do not properly address the issue or provide a clear resolution path. I’ve double-checked my submissions and everything complies with Amazon’s documentation requirements.
- I am extremely distressed because:
- I have inventory stuck in Amazon warehouses.
- I have invested significant money into preparing for sales.
- I am unable to initiate calls or speak to a human for clarification.
- The lack of clear communication is making it impossible to resolve this.
- I urgently need genuine help from someone who can properly review my case, confirm the documents I submitted, and help me reinstate my account. This situation is severely impacting my business, mental health, and finances.
Please escalate this to a senior verification specialist or someone who can intervene.

1. Click on "Help".
2. Navigate to "Your account has been suspended".
3. Select "Account Health".
4. Choose "Reactivate your account".
5. Click on "Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support".
6. Write detail query about your FBA inventory or can request a call back request by providing your contact number, so that it can be taken care of by our dedicated team.
