Browsing Node Updated automatically by amazon
Amazon updated the browsing node for my Parent ASIN: B0CK8G7X84. This affected my overall sales and I had a pretty much rough quarter 4 where I would have made some profits.
Now after opening a bunch of cases the case id: 10953077082 accepted the change as asked me that your browsing node would be updated in 72 hours. A month has passed and no change took place.
I'm continuously suffering with sales as it is in the wrong browsing node. My product is a Mattress Protector and it should be in Mattress Protectors & Encasements category however amazon has put that in Shipping Supplies. A dumb internal team reviews this and says it's in the right category.
The Case ID: 10953077082 also mentioned above states that this should be in Mattress Protectors & Encasements category.
I request the moderators to please step in and resolve this as I'm suffering because of this.
