How do I provide/enrol in Replacement via FBA?

Hi, I would like to send the replacement to my customer via FBA. Currently all my orders are fulfilled by FBA. In the return setting I do not have the replacement option, only refund option. How should I do if customer request for a replacement? Thanks.

Hi @Seller_wUZNUBzfgSxgK,

As noted on the FBA customer returns policy help page:

Amazon may also issue replacements to customers returning FBA items. If we do, Amazon will ship a new item from your inventory free of charge to a customer.

That page also links to your replacement report and provides some other context about FBA processes.
