Mention the error code 5995 - when trying to Add Product

When trying to add a product getting Error 5995

I am not trying to change anything with the brand name so don't go there

We just using the 'add a product' tool for a brand we are authorized to by amazon

cannot add any of the brand's products with the same issue

Hello from Amazon Brand Registry Support,

We're declining this request as it doesn’t comply with our Amazon Brand Name Policy.

We don't allow changes to the brand value (also known as the brand name) on existing ASINs.

Changing the brand name on an existing ASIN can lead to customer confusion. If you want to rebrand your product, we recommend creating a new ASIN for rebranded products.

After a month of on and off attempts at cases, reporting a violation, and chats, I've not been able to get assistance with what I think is an attempt by a competitor or bad actor.

I am not trying to change a brand, which I understand is against Amazon's policy. In fact, that's the point, that someone else changed two of our long time ASINs to 3M.

The products are not 3M items and I've attempted to submit more evidence than anyone should need to support the brand that existed on the listing for nearly 6 years before it was suddenly changed to 3M.

Attempted cases include:

16978620351

16978713531

17118411191

17118850901

17125195761

I could really use someone to help revert the brand to the correct value as support and forms have all replied with algorithmic or copy and paste versions of "the brand cannot be changed", even though the brand was changed and is the source of the problem.

Thanks
